FORS2 Standard Instrument Configuration P83+

The Standard Instrument Configuration contains the optical components available for Service Mode observations. Applications to change the configuration will only be considered in Visitor Mode for the current period. Users requesting such changes should contact us as soon as possible (fors@eso.org).

FORS2 Standard Filters for P83+

The following filters shall form the Standard Instrument Configuration for P83 (post FORS1/2 merger). Response curves are given in the P83 user manual. Additionally, there is space for a number of Interference Filters (see list).
