Poster & flash presentation guidelines:

Posters should be prepared in A0 format (i.e. 841 × 1189 mm or 33.11 × 46.81 inches), in portrait layout. An electronic version of each poster will be uploaded to the workshop’s Slack channel. The relevant links for posters and flash presentations were provided via email.

  • On Tuesday and Wednesday you will be given the opportunity to deliver a flash presentation of your poster during the poster session. Each presentation will have a duration of two minutes. 
  • Please, save your poster file in PDF format with the following name "CMF2IMF_poster_LastName_FirstName.pdf". The name of your flash presentation file should follow the same format.
  • Flash presentations are to be uploaded the day before the poster sessions via the link provided to you via e-mail.
  • The file size should not exceed: 20MB.
  • During the workshop, be ready to present your flash talk with the other poster presenters in the day of your poster pop-up session.
