The ESO Library subscribes to a large variety of digital content. ESO users have access, if they are within the ESO network/VPN (IP authentification)

Please note that electronic content must be used in accordance with copyright law in general and the terms and conditions of the individual publisher's license agreement in particular. Content is made available for ESO staff and must not be circulated outside the organization.

eJournals

You can find a list of all ejournals in the ESO Libraries Catalog.

Based on a Faculty decision, the ESO Library does not subscribe to Nature Astronomy for a number of reasons. (intranet)

eBooks

The ESO Libraries licence ebook packages (e.g. Springer ebooks, SPIE). If possible and desired by the requester, individual books and standards are purchased in electronic format. In order to download ebooks, users may need additional software such as Adobe Digital Editions. If you encounter any problems, please contact the librarians at library@eso.org.
