By filling out this form, you register to attend the ESO workshop "Planetary formation and Exoplanets in the ELT era" (aka "EXO-ELT"), from 17 to 21 November 2025 and sign up for the mailing list of participants of this workshop. For ESO to organise the conference, a set of personal data is required from each participant.
