Poster & flash presentation guidelines:

  • We request presenters to prepare their posters in A0 size (841mm × 1189mm) and oriented in portrait layout.
  • Posters should be printed on a single sheet (not multiple pages).
  • Please ensure your design is clear and readable from a distance.
  • During the workshop, on Tuesday or Thursday, you will be able to give a flash talk of your poster (strictly 1 minute). The LOC will contact you by email, before the workshop, to confirm the exact date.
  • Please, save your flash presentation in PDF format with the following file name: "ExoELT_PosterFlash_LastName_FirstName.pdf".
  • Please, upload your flash presentation before Monday 11th November (noon) through the link you will receive per email.
  • If you do not upload your flash talk by the deadline, we will assume that you are not interested in giving a flash talk.
  • During the workshop, be ready to present your flash talk with the other poster presenters the day of your poster pop-up session.
  • The poster programme will be also announced on the website.
  • The most acclaimed posters will receive prizes during the workshop.
