Accommodation
The Workshop will be held atEnjoy Pucon - Gran Hotel Pucon.
ESO has made a special agreement with the hotel and participants at the conference will get a special tariff. In order to reserve your accommodation, please contact the hotel via e-mail (sebastian.ceron@enjoy.cl, cc. mgomez@eso.org or pjiron@eso.org) BEFORE OCTOBER 1st. The reservation reference code is "GCEU09".
You will be requested to send your credit card data as a way to guarantee your reservation, but you will NOT be charged until you check out from the hotel.
Please note that the special rate is still valid, but participants should check for availability (standard and superior room)
Daily rates include breakfast. Passengers paying in US$ can request exportation invoice (factura de exportación). In this way, they do not pay the VAT (IVA).
Web connection is restricted to some areas within the hotel where Wi-Fi is activated. Hotel rooms are not included.
During the sessions, cable connections will be available at the poster's room.
