Registration Fee Payment

Registration fee for in-person participants: 250 EUR

Includes: lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception and conference dinner.

Online participation: 20 EUR 

Payment deadline: 30 September 2026.

The registration fee is payable only through the ESO shop, via credit card.

Please note:

  • Registrations will be considered completed only upon receipt of the fee payment.
  • We CANNOT accept payments during the workshop.

Important: Following the payment of the registration fee, the system will generate automatically a receipt, which will bear the address provided during the payment process. Should it be necessary that the receipt states your institute's address, this will need to be taken into account when filling in the payment form, as ESO cannot amend the automatically generated receipts later manually.

For cancellations please contact ir2026[at]eso.org. The registration fee will be automatically refunded in full if cancelled before the start of the conference.
