Registration Fee Payment

Registration fee: 125 EUR *

Payment deadline: 22 June 2025

* The fees will cover lunches and coffee breaks.

We inform potential participants that, unfortunately, we do not have any grants or funding available to support travel and lodging expenses. 

The registration fee is payable only through the ESO shop, via credit card. 

Please note:

  • Registrations will be considered completed only upon receipt of the fee payment (see below link to the dedicated page).
  • We CANNOT accept payments during the school week.

Important: Following the payment of the registration fee, the system will generate automatically a receipt, which will bear the address provided during the payment process. Should it be necessary that the receipt states your institute's address, this will need to be taken into account when filling in the payment form, as ESO cannot amend the automatically generated receipts later manually.
