Registration Fee Payment

Registration fees for in-person participants:

  • PhD Students - 30 EUR
  • All others - 50 EUR

 

Payment deadline: 13 September 2024.

The registration fee is payable only through the ESO shop, via credit card. 

Please note:

  • Registrations of Zoom participants will be considered completed only upon receipt of the fee payment (see dedicated page).
  • We CANNOT accept payments during the workshop.
  • YouTube participation is free (no registration fee).

Important: Following the payment of the registration fee, the system will generate automatically a receipt, which will bear the address provided during the payment process. Should it be necessary that the receipt states your institute's address, this will need to be taken into account when filling in the payment form, as ESO cannot amend the automatically generated receipts later manually.

For cancellations please contact esogpt24@eso.org. The registration fee will be automatically refunded in full if cancelled before the start of the conference.
