How to get there

Plane: Göteborgs airport, Landvetter (GOT) is served directly by an airport bus to the city center. Buy your bus ticket in advance, online or at the dedicated vending machine next to the airport bus stop. A taxi from the airport to city center is about 400 SEK.

Public transport: Göteborg has a well-functioning public transport system of trams and buses. Plan your trip with Västtrafik or ResOplaneraren for iPhone. The bus stops closest to the venue are "Bergsprängaregatan" or "Chalmers Tvärgata" (for different bus routes/lines), while the closest tram stop is "Chalmers". On many buses a single ticket cannot be bought aboard the bus but needs to be bought beforehand at a "Västtrafik" service shop. 

Driving: Note that there is a congestion tax for driving in Göteborg during daytime Mon-Fri.

Hotel

We are planning to use the Panorama Hotel. The participants should book their own stays at the Panorama, and are free to choose any alternatives if they please.

Getting to the hotel

Bus from Landvetter airport: Airport bus to bus stop Korsvägen. Change to bus 52 towards Linnéplatsen, alight at bus stop Utlandagatan.

Bus from city centre: bus 52 from bus stop Brunnsparken towards Linnéplatsen, alight at bus stop Utlandagatan.  

By taxi: We recommend Taxi Göteborg or Taxi Kurir.

Booking and Payment procedures

The guests make their own reservation latest until 22nd April 2016 via e-mail to groups@choice.se with the following information below as well as credit card information as a guarantee for the booking:

The guests may cancel the rooms without charge 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellation after this date: 100% will be charged.

The group block and the non-booked rooms will be released by 22nd April 2016. After this date the guests may book their rooms upon availability based on current daily rates through our homepage or via Individual Reservations. 

Payment 

According to Nordic Choice Hotels policy we are not able to send invoices for individual reservation under 5000 SEK:- so the following payment options may apply:

• Payment at the hotel 
Guests may pay with credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Diners). Please kindly note that a credit card number with validity date will be asked at the time of the booking as a guarantee.

• Prepayment with credit card 
Should the Company/Association/Municipality have a credit card that the guests can use for payment, we kindly ask you to fill in the attached document (Sign on file). Please kindly attach a copy of the front side of the credit card as well as a copy of the owner´s ID card. This will allow Nordic Choice Hotels to charge the card.

• Prepayment - proforma invoice 
We can send a proforma invoice to the Company/Association/Municipality. This invoice must be paid before the guest's check-in. The hotel reserves the right to ask to settle the payment during the check-in. Guests may pay with credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Diners) or with cash.
