Please be aware that in-person participation is limited to 150 participants.

 

Participation fees:
    In person - 100 EUR
    Remote - free

By completing the registration form, you register to attend the ESO workshop “Expanding Horizons" and consent to being added to the workshop participants’ mailing list.

To facilitate the organisation of the workshop, ESO requires a set of personal data from each participant. This data will be processed solely for the purpose of organising the workshop and will not be used for any other purpose. In particular, ESO does not sell personal data or make it available for accommodation bookings or any other commercial use.

Your personal data will be retained only for as long as is necessary for the organisation of the workshop and will be deleted thereafter.

  • Registrations will be considered completed only upon receipt of the fee payment. 
  • ESO staff are not required to pay the fee.
  • Please ensure you check whether you require a visa to enter Germany. If you need an invitation letter to support your application, kindly contact us at the conference email address.

 

IMPORTANT:

  • Please be aware that the workshop will be recorded via Microsoft Teams and the recording will be uploaded to YouTube, to be made publicly available there. The Q&A sessions of the workshop will not be recorded.
  • All speakers will be requested to grant permission to publish their contribution (through  submission of a specific form). However, they can choose not to grant such permission. In that case, the presentation will not be recorded and/or shared on Zenodo.
