Registration Fee Payment

Registration fees for participants*:

  • In person - 280 EUR
  • Remote - 50 EUR

 

* Intended type of participation (in person or remote) can be changed until September 30.

* The fees will cover lunches, coffee breaks, a welcome cocktail and a conference dinner.

Payment deadline: September 1st, 2025.

The registration fee is payable only through the ESO shop, via credit card. 

Please note:

  • Registrations will be considered completed only upon receipt of the fee payment 
  • We CANNOT accept payments during the workshop.

Important: Following the payment of the registration fee, the system will generate automatically a receipt, which will bear the address provided during the payment process. Please indicate in the payment form the name and address that shall be stated on the receipt; ESO cannot amend the automatically generated receipts later manually.
