By filling out this form, you register to attend the ESO workshop CGMChile2024, from 18 to 22 November 2024 and sign up for the mailing list of participants of this workshop. For ESO to organise the conference, a set of personal data is required from each participant. Each session of the workshop will include a one-hour discussion on CGM-related topics that are relevant to the scientific community. If you have any topics that you would like to be considered for discussion, please suggest them in the box below.

The tour of the vineyard and conference dinner costs are included in the registration fee. More details regarding the dinner venue will be given in due time.
