Paranal timelapse inside VST dome

While the Very Large Telescope makes up the bulk of ESO's Paranal Observatory in Chile, the VLT Survey Telescope (VST) also obtains some exquisite images of the Universe.

This unusual perspective is taken from within the dome of the VST, following the path the telescope takes across the sky.
