Service Mode: User Feedback

User feedback is essential for any service-oriented organization like ESO. Once a year, we run a feedback campaign in the form of a questionnaire focusing on specific operational aspects of Phase 2.

Targeted Principal Investigators (PIs) and their delegates are invited to share their experiences with Phase 2 over the previous two periods. We follow up individually with any PIs or delegates who provide additional remarks in the free-text comment fields of the questionnaire.

Reports from past survey campaigns

The reports highlighting the main results of each campaign are available below. They are officially presented to the ESO Users' Committee during the annual meeting.
