Illumination correction

This can be applied directly to the data or to the flat field itself, in which case it is the inverse correction and it is applied to the flat before the data is flatfielded. See Section [*] about how to create and use illumination corrections.

jitter does not take into account illumination frames during the reduction process so you would have to correct the flat-field beforehand to take this into account.
