Location of the Sculptor dwarf galaxy

This chart shows the faint southern constellation of Sculptor (The Sculptor). All the stars visible to the naked eye on a clear dark night are shown and the position of the Sculptor Dwarf Galaxy is marked with a red circle. This nearby galaxy is extremely hard to see visually and was only discovered in 1937 on photographs.
