Title: Dynamical masses and the fundamental plane of massive stellar clusters Abstract: I will review recent work on the determination of dynamical masses of stellar clusters, focusing on the fundamental plane of stellar systems and how these measurements can be used to constrain the initial mass function of stars within the clusters. Particular attention will be given to the so-called ''ultra-massive'' clusters and how they relate to dwarf galaxies and the ''dwarf/globular transition objects'' found in some galaxy groups.
