You will probably need access to one of the standard data analysis packages for astronomy to help reduce your ISAAC data: IRAF, MIDAS, IDL, etc. You may want to implement your own routines and scripts to repeat the same algorithm on all your frames, or automate some of the data reduction process. This guide assumes that you have some basic knowledge of such packages.
