             VLT-SW-OCT98 - RELEASE NOTES FOR VXWorks

VxWorks 5.3 kernel is now generated with  INCLUDE_NFS_MOUNT_ALL  excluded

Every used filesystem shall shall now be explicitely mounted. The normal LCU environment
generation (vccEnvCreate) takes care of the standard VLTROOT< INTROOT, ....

LCC, many drivers, the Motor Library, the CCD SW  have been ported
to PowerPC board. See LCC Release Notes for portability issues.
