   Changes (with respect to APR98):

     - Sequencer shells and libraries built in a CCS-light environment
       have now exactly the same set of seq_* commands as a full CCS
       environment. The SeqOslx library is now also available under 
       CCS-light. 

     - the TkCon application, which the interactive version of seqWish
       incorporates, has been upgraded from version 1.1 to 1.3. There
       are however no compatibility issues.
	
   New Features (with respect to APR98):

     - Added variable seq_errReplyMerging, plus -reply option to 
       seq_errAdd, seq_errResetStack, seq_errCloseStack (SPR 980464).

     - $INTROOT/lib, $VLTROOT/lib, $DFLOW_ROOT/lib and $TCLTK_ROOT/lib
       are automatically added to auto_path, for automatic package
       loading (SPR 980338).

     - Added command seq_deleteHandle; it is used a.o. in 
       seq_waitTillActive/-Dead to deal with corner cases (SPR 980297).

     - Added command seq_logData for a NOCCS environment (SPR 980263)

   All changes and enhancements are documented in their respective
   manpages.
