NEW FEATURES
============

1) Change of Rapid Guiding protocol
   Instead of sending STARTAG,FS now the new command STARTRG has to be used.
   To stop Rapid Guiding the command STOPRG is foreseen.
   For the instrument the usual FSREQ/FSREL sequence still applies.

2) New guiding mode Probe Guiding
   For VLTI operation (Interometer Supervisor Software) a new guiding mode
   has been introduced. It is allowed while doing Rapid Guiding on Coude focus.
   It's the only mode that can operate in parallel with Rapid Guiding.
   The instruments of VLT and VLTI are not concerned by this change.

3) The tif CDT has been split according to subsystems.
   This allows clients of tif (atif, sidif, mvif) to include only those
   subsystems commands they want to support.
   This is only of interest for the VLTI system.
   Tis change has no impact on instruments of VLT and VLTI.

4) The module msw now supports also Coude focus. This means that
   one can change operation to Coude focus.
   

5) tif now contains dbl support clasess for Coude focus.
   This is only of interest for VLTI coordination.

FIXED PROBLEMS

1) the command STRTCHP supports now a start time as parameter
