               VLT-SW-FEB2000 - RELEASE NOTES FOR TCLT/TK

   The Tcl/Tk included with the VLT Common Software FEB2000 release
   contains the same core plus extensions as the OCT1999 release.

   Changes (with respect to OCT1999):

     - 2 bug fixes (one for a core-dump on "puts" while using
       non-blocking stdin, the other to fix a problem with the 
       "scrolledtext search -count <varName>" command)

   New Features (with respect to OCT1999):

     - none
