     New features:

     1 - Support several CLDC-boards per detector.
  
     2 - Added -board option to CLDC command.

     3 - Added internal RTD channel.

     4 - Implemented WAIT command.

     5 - Added handling of DETi SETUP/STATUS command.

     6 - Added AbortServer() method to iracqEVH.

     7 - Added parameter callback function. This allows
         application extensions to react individually on the
         setting of dynamic parameters.

     8 - Added restart-server function to control panel.

     9 - Added RESTORE button for voltage tuner.

    10 - Added tracing of dynamic parameters in FITS-header.

    11 - Support multiple server instances.

    12 - Added DownloadData() method to iracqEVH class.

    13 - Added performance monitoring tool.

    Changes:

     1 - Exposure status definitions changed according to
         SPR VLTSW990315.

     2 - iracqSRV class is no longer public in iracqEVH.

     3 - Dictionary name is now ESO-VLT-DIC.IRACE to avoid
         confusions with former ESO-VLT-DIC.IRD.

     4 - Changed EXPTIME keyword according to SPR 990446.

     5 - Applied stop/start mechanism to iracqSetRspeed.

     6 - Fixed pragma warnings of gcc 2.95 in SBus DMA driver include files.

     7 - Introduced LOADED state. OFF command now goes to LOADED state
         instead of exiting.
