               VLT-SW-FEB2000 - RELEASE NOTES FOR DBL
               ======================================

   Changes (with respect to OCT1999):

     - the single self-contained executable file, which does not 
       require additional libraries, is now also the default for
       Solaris (OCT1999 had it only for HP-UX). So on both HP-UX and
       Solaris, the "orginal" dbl-script is available as
       $VLTROOT/bin/dblXX.
	
   New Features (with respect to OCT1999):

     - None.
