1. Login name (tipically the one are you using on your machine, but anyone will be fine as long is not longer that 8 character)
2. Full Name
3. Institute address and phone number
4. Full email address

You will be notified by mail of the account creation and on the password. When logged on the system you can easily change your password from both Submit and Query pages with the following procedure:

1. At the bottom of the Submit and Query pages you find: Change your Password
2. Click on Change
3. The VLT SPR User Schema page will appear
4. Click on Modify on the left of your account name
5. Change the contents of the Password field
6. Click Modify

If you forget the password, send a mail to <vltsccm@eso.org> to fix it for you
